Privacy Policy
Effective date: 9 October 2026
This notice explains how StoreParts handles personal information when you use its inventory and stock-management service.
Who is responsible? StoreParts is owned and operated by Andrzej (“we”, “us”). For privacy questions or requests, contact storepartsapp@gmail.com.
Official contact for privacy requests and legal notices: storepartsapp@gmail.com. This is the contact address for exercising privacy rights; it is separate from any mailbox configured only to send application notifications.
1. Information we handle
- Account and access details: name, login, email address, role, assigned site, password-verification data, and account or session security records.
- Work and inventory information: parts, descriptions, part and manual numbers, suppliers, machines, locations, stock quantities, photos or references, stock movements, and alerts entered by users.
- Email configuration and delivery records: if an administrator enables email, the connected sender address and the settings or authorization needed to send messages, plus test or alert delivery status.
- Device data: essential session-cookie data and information saved in your browser to remember preferences and support offline viewing or queued stock updates. Hosting services may also create technical security and operational logs.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to create and manage accounts, confirm permissions, provide the assigned inventory workspace, synchronize stock changes, send requested stock alerts, support offline functions, respond to requests, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. We rely on the steps needed to provide the service, our legitimate interests in operating and securing it, and legal obligations where applicable.
3. Google and email services
An administrator may connect a Google account so StoreParts can send email alerts. Google authorization is used to verify the connected account and request permission to send messages. StoreParts uses that connection to send messages; it does not read or access the connected Gmail inbox. The Google account holder can disconnect the integration in StoreParts or revoke access in their Google Account. If Resend is configured instead, the relevant message and sender information is processed by that email provider to deliver the message. The connected sender mailbox is not the privacy contact: use storepartsapp@gmail.com for privacy requests and legal notices.
4. Who may receive information
Information is available to the StoreParts owner and to authorized administrators or users within the site assigned to them, according to their access rights. We use service providers to host the application and store its database and files, and, when enabled, Google or Resend to send email. They process information as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Service providers may process information in locations outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers are subject to the safeguards required by data-protection law. Contact us for more information about a particular transfer.
5. How long information is kept
We keep account and workspace information while the account or site remains active and for as long as needed to provide the service. When access ends or deletion is requested, we remove or anonymize information when reasonably possible, except where it is still needed for legitimate security, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes. Some limited information may remain in backups for a period determined by the systems used to operate the service.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive your personal information, or object to certain processing. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. To make a request, email storepartsapp@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland or another competent supervisory authority.
7. Security and updates
We use safeguards intended to protect information, including access controls and protected credential storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may update this notice when the service or its data practices change; the effective date above shows the latest version.
Browser storage: StoreParts uses necessary browser storage for sign-in preferences and offline inventory functions. Inventory or queued changes saved for offline use may remain on the device until they are synchronized or cleared. Use a device you trust and sign out when appropriate.

Polityka prywatności
Obowiązuje od: 9 października 2026 r.
Ta informacja wyjaśnia, w jaki sposób StoreParts przetwarza dane osobowe podczas korzystania z aplikacji do zarządzania częściami i stanami magazynowymi.
Oficjalny kontakt w sprawach prywatności i zawiadomień prawnych: storepartsapp@gmail.com.
Jakie dane przetwarzamy
Dane konta i dostępu, takie jak imię i nazwisko, login, adres e-mail, rola, przypisana lokalizacja oraz dane zabezpieczające logowanie; informacje o częściach i zapasach wprowadzone przez użytkowników, w tym opisy, numery części i instrukcji, dostawcy, maszyny, lokalizacje, ilości, zdjęcia, ruchy magazynowe i alerty; a także ustawienia i status wysyłki e-mail, jeśli administrator włączy tę funkcję. Przeglądarka może zapisywać niezbędne dane sesji, preferencje i dane potrzebne do pracy offline. Dostawcy hostingu mogą tworzyć techniczne logi bezpieczeństwa i działania usługi.
Google i wiadomości e-mail
Administrator może połączyć konto Google, aby StoreParts wysyłał alerty. Aplikacja wykorzystuje zgodę Google do potwierdzenia konta i wysyłania wiadomości; nie odczytuje skrzynki odbiorczej Gmail. Połączenie można rozłączyć w StoreParts lub cofnąć dostęp w ustawieniach konta Google. Jeśli administrator skonfiguruje Resend, dane potrzebne do wysyłki przetwarza ten dostawca.
Odbiorcy, przechowywanie i transfery
Twoje prawa i bezpieczeństwo
